Click on the 'Fundraiser Participant' Tab and enter your donation.

FUNDRAISER PARTICIPANTS

Once you have collected all your funds,

1. Please email your NAME, FUNDRAISER ID & TOTAL AMOUNT raised to boardabc@hotmail.com

2. There are 2 options for transferring your funds –

a) Bank Transfer to :

Reference: your name & fundraiser ID # (e.g. J.Smith 27)

b) Pay funds with credit card via ‘Eventbrite’.

(Note: this method will incur a fee that Eventbrite charge)

3. Your funds MUST be transferred by 27th August 2014. If you raise a minimum of $90 you do not have to pay entry to the event.

4. Return the sponsorship form at the event OR scan & email to boardabc@hotmail.com. You must return the form to go in the draw to win the prizes.
